Norman is a serial Entrepreneur and founded Quality Team-1 in 1996. He has over thirty-five years of automotive management experience. In his current role as CEO, he has put together a strong leadership team with a diverse background spanning all areas of the business. His focus on quality, lean, collaboration and customer service in developing a sustainability model for Quality Team-1, has proven invaluable. Prior to Quality Team-1, Norman led teams that achieved high impact success in the high-speed manufacturing area with a focus on error proofing and productivity at General Motors. Norman’s business acumen and operations experience have garnered him success in several prior business endeavors. Norman received a BS in Industrial Management from Wayne State University.
Bradley brings more than twenty years of experience in various areas of quality and product development in the automotive industry where he held leadership positions with several large automotive Tier 1 companies. His extensive knowledge of the industry and record of accomplishments as a leader focusing on continuous improvement actions, customer satisfaction, efficiency and eliminating waste, have had a significant positive impact to their bottom lines. His knowledge of manufacturing ranges from wire harnesses and electronic components assembly for various industries to assembly of automotive seats shows his adaptability and ability to lead in any industry. Bradley received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
